|1. The Reporting Person received Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") that represent a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock for each RSU upon the satisfaction of applicable vesting conditions. The shares were issued pursuant to vested RSUs.|
|2. Includes 1,250 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock acquired by the Reporting Person in 2021 pursuant to an award of RSUs in connection with a consulting agreement.|
|3. The Reporting Person was granted RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock for each RSU.
